Arm balances are a great way to build strength, body awareness and focus. This 5-week course will walk you through the basics of balancing on your hands, including proper muscle engagement and alignment.

We will start with basic poses, including crow and its variations, and build on that foundation to more advanced poses, including forearm - and handstands.

Every lesson will start with a warm-up and stretching and end with a cool-down designed to release the tension in your neck, arms, back, shoulders and wrists.

We will learn different transitions in and out of each pose and look at different variations and exercises that can help build the strength needed for more advanced poses.
